I contacted GWA initially about having my engagement ring cleaned and polished and asked how long... it would take - the chain jewellers wanted the ring for more than a week and I only had a few days! On arriving at the store Luis said he could do the job in an hour ..... I was thrilled!! While there I also looked at some beautiful emerald earrings but I really wanted sapphires to go with the dress I would be wearing at my surprise (for our family and friends) wedding in just a few days. Honestly nothing was too much trouble, Luis said they could change out the emeralds in the earrings I was looking at. This entailed making a new setting for the sapphires (which I was able to choose), then adding these new pieces to the earrings - the end result is stunning and I love them!! I contacted GWA for a quote on a very custom ring design. From the start Luis was absolutely fantastic as I had... multitudes of questions and changes. All of our dealings were via email as I am located in Victoria and he was always prompt at responding. I also appreciated that they worked with me on final pricing so I was truly able to get what I really wanted. Wow I just LOVE the new earrings! I've been looking for so long to find something both beautiful and comfortable and... these are it! The design is just exquisite, the price more than reasonable for what I got and the team at Gemstone are so kind and friendly. I never felt pressured in any way, plenty of time to try on the earrings and they even put them on hold for me till I could return to buy them.
